I\u2019ve also connected with people from all around the world, and every part of the incentive travel supply chain \u2014 each with a heart full of inspiration.\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Given that I started this year with a focus on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/siteglobal.com\/news\/meet-site-team-dallas-lyons-iii\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>gratitude<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"EN-US\">, it is only appropriate that I finish the year with the same focus.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/h3>    <p><span lang=\"EN-US\">One thing that SITE members have exemplified the most to me this year is <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-US\">kindness<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-US\">. Seeing the bright smiles of SITE members at a chapter event, a trade show, or at SITE NITE, I always leave motivated to serve the greater incentive travel community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>    <p><span lang=\"EN-US\">I\u2019ve attended events where I may have entered the room only knowing one person and by the end of the event, I\u2019ve found new friends through a smile, a laugh or simple act of kindness. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>    <p><span lang=\"EN-US\">I\u2019m sincerely grateful for each SITE member I\u2019ve met thus far and how you have helped shape my experience as a newcomer in this industry.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>    <p><span lang=\"EN-US\">I\u2019ll be celebrating my one-year anniversary with SITE on December 1 and over the past year, I\u2019ve found that we are more than a \u201cSociety\u201d \u2014 we are truly a community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>    <p><span lang=\"EN-US\">I hope you will continue to help us <strong>build and bridge cultures<\/strong> in 2025. SITE members are the foundation of this community, collectively helping shape the future of incentive travel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>    <p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Whether in Colorado, Sydney, Australia, or Costa Rica (to name only a handful of places SITE has taken me this year) you are shaping the future of this association, and the greater incentive travel industry.<\/span><\/p>    <p><em><span lang=\"EN-US\">(And, if you feel the need to grant me an anniversary gift: if you haven\u2019t done so already, renew your membership for 2025.
