member<\/li>    <li>35 years old or younger<\/li> <\/ul>    <p><strong>Winner receives:<\/strong><\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Complimentary registration to SITE Global Conference<\/li>    <li>Recognition at SITE Global Conference award ceremony<\/li> <\/ul>    <div style=\"font-size:\" class=\"wp-block-site-global-accordion-content-block\"><div class=\"accordion-item\"> <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading accordion-title-heading\">How do you nominate a Young Leader?<\/h3>    <p>Write a one-page recommendation letter and submit it to <strong><u>dking@siteglobal.com<\/u><\/strong><\/p> <\/div><\/div>    <div style=\"font-size:\" class=\"wp-block-site-global-accordion-content-block\"><div class=\"accordion-item\"> <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading accordion-title-heading\">Can someone self-nominate?<\/h3>    <p>Self-nominations are not accepted, but any active SITE member can submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>    <div style=\"font-size:\" class=\"wp-block-site-global-accordion-content-block\"><div class=\"accordion-item\"> <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading accordion-title-heading\">Who chooses the winner?<\/h3>    <p>Each year&#8217;s winner is selected by SITE&#8217;s Young Leader Board member, the International Board of Directors (IBOD) President, and the IBOD President-Elect.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>    <div style=\"font-size:\" class=\"wp-block-site-global-accordion-content-block\"><div class=\"accordion-item\"> <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading accordion-title-heading\">When is the winner chosen?<\/h3>    <p>A winner is selected two months before Global Conference and will be notified by email with the location and time of the award
