The SITE Member of the Year Award recognizes a volunteer whose leadership, commitment, and service have made a lasting impact on the global SITE community.
Raymond Qian has strengthened SITE’s presence and cohesion across the Asia Pacific region. Through his leadership in the SITE China Chapter and collaboration with regional colleagues, he helped form and guide the Asia Pacific Alliance, connecting communities in China, India, Australia & New Zealand, and Thailand.
He led key partnerships with ITB China and The Meetings Show Asia in Singapore, boosting visibility, engagement, and member participation, all while keeping initiatives aligned with SITE’s global brand, values, and mission.Through his calm and inclusive leadership, he has kept the SITE community connected and thriving in one of the world’s most dynamic regions for incentive travel.
