Kevin Forde Spirit Award
The Kevin Forde Spirit Award is given each year to a SITE member who exemplifies the traits that Kevin Forde was known and respected for: generosity of time and energy for his fellow incentive travel professionals and volunteer roles.

2025 Recipient of the Kevin Forde Spirit Award: Norma Domínguez
This year’s award recognizes a member who exemplifies generosity, service, and selfless leadership in every aspect of their work.
As Past President of the SITE Mexico Chapter, Norma Domínguez has been a steadfast supporter of members and a driving force in strengthening the SITE community across Mexico and Latin America. Her leadership is rooted in care and a deep belief in the power of education to elevate the industry.
She played a key role in bringing the Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) program to Spanish-speaking professionals and has personally delivered trainings across LATAM, sharing her knowledge and passion to develop the next generation of incentive travel leaders.
Her contributions are guided not by recognition but by a genuine desire to help others succeed, reflecting the values and spirit that Kevin Forde stood for.
